Oo-rah! The effect you used for the fuzzy on the wool part of the jacket is very effective, and I like the red shadows you use under the hair on the face. The drawing really reminds me of the nose art guys put on their planes during the first world war...
The eyes are a little freaky, but it gives the character a wild look which is probably appropriate.
